Kung Fu, literally translating to “skilful work,” is a vast and ancient umbrella term for various Chinese martial arts styles. Its origins date back centuries, with roots in self-defence practices and philosophical traditions like Confucianism and Taoism.
Kung Fu forms are often characterised by flowing movements, powerful strikes, and the use of various weapons. This magical art form emphasizes not just physical prowess, but also mental discipline, self-control, and above all: respect.
Today, Kung Fu schools like Jin Wu Koon keep this rich tradition alive and kicking (literally), offering a unique path to self-discovery and physical development.
