Kung Fu FAQs

A: Our Kung Fu classes in Sydney cater to all levels and we'll gladly guide you through the basics at your own pace. So, don’t be scared and come on down! Everyone is welcome. 

A: We recommend comfortable clothing like loose-fitting pants, a t-shirt, and sneakers. You should also bring a water bottle and a towel – Kung Fu is thirsty work indeed!

A: Not for your first few classes. We have all the necessary equipment available for you to use. However, as you progress, and if you are committed, you will want to invest in a Kung Fu Gi. 

A: Kung Fu does come with a slight risk of injury. However, rest assured that our classes emphasize proper technique and safety precautions to minimise risk. The health and safety of all our students is our utmost priority.

A: Not at all! While some Kung Fu styles incorporate philosophical elements, our primary focus is on practical self-defence applications and fitness development. However, if you're interested in exploring the deeper aspects of Kung Fu, we will gladly provide guidance
